Panacryl Sutures Lawsuit and Settlement
Recent findings that Panacryl Sutures have caused infection and other damages have resulted in multiple lawsuits filed against the manufacturer – Ethicon Inc. Patients who have experienced infection, multiple surgeries, or other complications may be eligible to participate in this class action lawsuit. Those who have experienced the death of a loved one due to Panacryl Sutures may also be eligible for this lawsuit.
Ethicon Inc. may be held liable for any damages caused by the defective sutures. Many settlements have already been reached as a result of this product.
